Projection

Avista uses state-of-the-art projection -- whether in standard or high definition -- to deliver a high impact message to your audience. We utilize high impact Christie and Panasonic projectors for everything from traditional dual screen layouts, to 16:9 layouts, to 50’+ wide edge blended screens.

Our video technicians can expertly manage all your inputs and integrate them into the show: computers, multi-camera video feeds for IMAG, videos, Elmo visualizers, iOS and Android devices, and more. Our inventory of Analog Way and Barco switchers give our meetings and events a highly polished look. Lastly, we use cabling from VGA, to DVI Fiber and wireless HDMI to ensure the sharpest possible image quality.

Sound

Audio excellence is a cornerstone capability of Avista, and we have provided sound amplification to literally thousands of events over the years, in hotel ballrooms, museums, conference centers, warehouses, tents and outside venues. Whether your meeting or event calls for a keynote speaker, a panel discussion, 50 push-to-talk conference microphones for a board meeting or mock FDA hearing, or a diva belting out a power ballad, Avista has you covered.

We have standardized on the QSC line of speakers, and can deploy either analog or digital mixer to make your event sound as good as it looks. We are expert at events requiring a quick changing mix of keynotes, panel and roundtable discussions, audience Q&A, auctioneers, entertainment and everything in between. Our lead and support audio technicians work together seamlessly with your event team, making sure that presenters and talent are properly mic’d up back or off stage, whether using lavalier, over the ear, or handheld wireless microphones.

Lighting

At Avista, we believe that lighting -- more than anything else – incites emotion, and it’s emotion that can most successfully imprint an event’s objective on an attendee: whether that objective is to pump up a sales force, launch a new product, educate members, or raise dollars for a worthy cause. Displays & Video Walls

LED displays and video walls can be a powerful addition to any event, as important a production element as sound and lighting. , We use these technologies in myriad of creative ways to enhance our clients’ event.  Incorporated into stage and scenic elements as digital signage outside a main event space (displaying Twitter feeds, sponsor logos, directions and function schedules); to display video feeds of the main event for spill over and break spaces where traditional projection is not suitable (high ambient light spaces, tight room layouts), or when they simply provide more dramatic and visually appeal.

Videography

Video Conferencing/Webcasting

Avista can turn nearly any meeting or event space into a video conferencing or webcasting site, creating a hybrid meeting with one to over a million view-only participants. We use our videography services in conjunction with a variety of third-party remote conferencing services to enable two-way video and audio conferencing between a client’s event space and another remote meeting space. If remote participants are not located in another centralized location, then they can participate via phone or computer. If remote participants do not need to be seen or heard in the main meeting space, then we can simultaneously broadcast via the Internet the video and audio from the meeting space to an unlimited number of remote viewers. We can broadcast both the speakers and any presentation aids used by the speaker. Depending on your needs, we use services ranging from Google Hangouts, to Livestream, to UStream, to Mediasite, to Webex, and proprietary services using dedicated bandwidth.

Audience Polling & Engagement Systems

Audience Response Systems (ARS) & audience engagement platforms aren’t just for real-time game shows and trivia! Simultaneous Translation Systems

When you are presenting to a multilingual audience, Avista can help by integrating a simultaneous translation system into the meeting. Attendees requiring translation service are provided with wireless in-ear headphones, and will hear the exact content being presented in their language, provided by a translator located in a sound proof translation booth. Avista will manage the entire process including identification of translators with specific language expertise and specific training/knowledge of the vocabulary unique to your content.
